Sponsorship that moves feet.

Add a game layer to your festival, conference or city celebration. Attendees chase photo, video and trivia challenges across the grounds and the blocks around them, and your sponsors get submissions and prize redemptions they can actually count.

Everything a sponsor banner does, minus the guesswork.

A banner buys awareness. A game adds the part sponsors renew on: attendees walking over, stepping up to the booth and leaving proof they were there.

The jobThe old wayWith Roamli
Activating a sponsor A logo on a banner A stop on every team's map
Proving it worked An impressions guess Real visit and redemption counts
Rewards A raffle drawn at closing Prizes unlocked on the spot, claimed at their booth

How we priced sponsor stops for our own Chicago Scramble

Three things a game does for your event.

A sponsor booth people cross the grounds for.

Put a sponsor on the map and their booth, food truck or storefront becomes a challenge worth points: snap the team with the mascot, answer a question only their staff can help with, record a ten-second clip at the stage door. Put the big points there and watch the line form. Every team that completes it leaves a photo, video or answer behind, and that's the proof you hand the sponsor.

  • Photo, video or trivia challenges at any booth, stage or storefront (video on Creator Pro)
  • Set the points per stop, so sponsor stops are the ones worth the detour
  • Tag stops by sponsor, stage or zone so players can filter the map
  • Challenges that work from anywhere, for the walk between stages

Sponsor packages you can sell next week

Start with the three tiers we sold for our own Chicago Scramble, at the prices we set, then mix in your own. Almost anything in the game can carry a sponsor's name.

Name on the hunt

Their logo on the event page and a shout-out to every player before kickoff. $500 at the Scramble. On Creator Pro, a presenting sponsor's logo and colors can carry the whole event.

A stop on the map

Their booth or storefront becomes a challenge on every team's map for the whole event, with top billing. Our headline tier, $1,000 at the Scramble.

The prize

Their free coffee, discount or merch is the reward, claimed at their counter. Every redemption is a customer through the door. From $100 per reward type at the Scramble.

A sponsored bonus round

A timed challenge worth double points, announced to every phone in their name: "Bonus round, brought to you by…"

The photo op

A challenge built around their product, mascot or mural. Every photo teams take lands in the recap you hand them afterward.

The winners' prize

Their gift card goes to the top teams on the leaderboard, so their name is on the finish line everyone is racing toward.

A reason to explore past the main stage.

Festivals are big and conference agendas have gaps. A hunt gives people something to do between sets and sessions, and it pulls them toward the places you want seen. Challenges stay hidden until kickoff, open on your schedule and close at the final whistle, so late answers don't count.

  • A live leaderboard people check between every stop
  • Instant "approved, plus points" moments on their phone, on every plan
  • Scheduled and pinned announcements: "Main stage in 10 minutes"
  • Group messages to players who have gone quiet for an hour

A recap your sponsors renew on.

When the event ends, you have more than a feeling. Download every photo and video your attendees submitted in one zip, with a captions file alongside. Pull the number of submissions at each sponsor's challenge and the redemptions of each prize. That is next year's sponsor deck, written by your crowd.

  • All photos and videos in one download, with captions
  • Submission counts for every challenge
  • Redemption counts for every reward
  • A participant table with points and approved submissions
Spreading the crowd Everyone at the main stage Big points in the far corners
What's next A PA nobody hears An alert on every phone

Rewards: prizes players claim at a real counter.

Points keep score. Rewards give people a reason to walk somewhere, go inside, and come back. Here is one reward from the Roamli Scramble in Chicago, from the moment a shop offered it to the moment it was redeemed.

  1. A local business offers a prize.

Ava's Italian Ice put up $2 off an Italian ice and a BOGO flight, only in person. You add a reward once to your library and reuse it across events.

    • A code, a link or a personal message
    • One shared code, or a pool of unique codes imported from a spreadsheet
    • A cap on how many players can earn it
The reward board in the Roamli player: offers from Ava's Italian Ice, Elevate Coffee, Lock Chicago and Escape Artistry, each with a progress bar
  2. Players see it, and go after it.

Every reward shows on the event's reward board with a progress bar, so players know exactly what they're playing for and how close they are. A prize at the ice cream shop turns its challenges into the ones everyone wants to finish next.

  3. It unlocks on the spot.

The moment a player hits the goal, the reward unlocks automatically, with a scratch-off ticket to reveal the prize. Nobody waits for a raffle weeks later. Every reward they earn stays in My Rewards, across every event.

  4. They walk in and claim it.

The player shows their phone at the counter and staff tap Redeem. It's stamped with the date, so every prize is used exactly once. Nothing to install at the register, and no paper to collect.

  5. You see exactly what it drove.

Each reward shows how many were claimed, allocated and still free, and warns you before a code pool runs dry. Those redemption counts are real visits to a real business, a number you can hand to a sponsor or a member.

Four ways to unlock a reward

  • A points total Reach 100 points and unlock $5 off at any participating shop.
  • Challenges approved Get 10 shop challenges approved and win a free hot chocolate.
  • A specific stop Finish the bookstore challenge and get a bookmark and 10% off.
  • A leaderboard finish The top 3 teams win gift cards donated by local businesses.

Supercharge your event.

Add one prize and the whole game changes, for the people playing and for you.

For players

  • Real stakesA prize on the line turns a stroll into a race.
  • The unlock momentThe reward pops up on the spot, with a scratch-off reveal.
  • Something to take homeA free scoop, a discount or a gift card, saved in My Rewards.

For your event

  • Foot trafficPrizes are claimed at the counter, so players step inside.
  • Proof for sponsorsEvery redemption is a visit you can count.
  • Repeat visitsRewards bring players back through your doors.

Real events. Real crowds.

We're so excited to have people come out and explore downtown Dayton businesses, landmarks, and more during the Downtown Adventure. It's a chance for people to come out and rediscover their favorite spots throughout the city or explore new businesses and sights that have opened since their last visit.

Pre-event warm-up

A practice hunt in the weeks before the big day builds buzz and teaches players the format. We built four practice hunts ahead of the Scramble.

From sponsor pitch to renewal deck in four steps.

Build it yourself with our playbook, or hand any step to our team. Either way, this is the rhythm.

  1. Step 1

Plan the map and the money

Pick the footprint, the time window and the goal. Decide which stops and prizes you'll sell to sponsors, and pitch them with the package ideas above.

  2. Step 2

    Build and test

Drop your challenges on the map, set the points, load sponsor prizes and walk the course. With The Roamli Touch, our team writes and builds it for you.

  3. Event day

    Open the gates

Share one link, QR code or event code on signage, tickets and your app. Review submissions as they arrive, or let auto-approve handle it. Announce winners in minutes.

  4. The day after

    Send the recap

Download the photo and video zip, pull submission and redemption counts per sponsor, and start next year's renewals while the photos are still fresh.
