Set a start and end time and the challenges stay hidden until kickoff, so nobody gets a head start. Every event comes with a Player Guide page that tells teams what they'll be doing, who submits, and what to bring. Send it with the calendar invite and the briefing is done.

Standings update every time you approve a submission, and teams see a points moment on their phone the second you do. In our Chicago Scramble, every approval moved the leaderboard on every Captain's phone, so crews knew exactly who they had to catch. Add prizes for the top three and a little rivalry between departments takes care of the rest.
Monday's all-hands slide, already made.
Every team photo, video, answer and caption lands in one gallery while the game runs, so you can put the best ones on the big screen at the wrap-up. That evening, download everything in a single zip, captions included, and drop it in the team channel. Players can download their own photos too.
