Kickoff call
Your goals, your people, the date, the budget, and what a great day looks like to you. Your point person on our team takes it from here.

We map where people should go: partner businesses, landmarks, murals, sponsor booths, the spot for the finish-line photo.

Challenges, points, rules and schedule go into Roamli. You review the draft and tell us what to change.

We play through it before your people do, and plan a weather backup with you so rain doesn't cancel the fun.

What does a done-for-you event cost?
Ready-to-Go and The Roamli Touch are quoted per event, based on players, stops and how much help you want on the day. Self-serve plans start at $49/month.

Less than you'd think. A team event can come together in a few days, and we can build on a short timeline. Bigger events simply get more time to promote.
