From a list of places to a game people love.
You pick the places. Roamli turns them into photo, video and trivia challenges on a map, gets everyone playing from one link, and hands you every photo and result when it's over. Four stages, and you can do all of them yourself or have our team do them with you.
Build your challenges on a map.
Every stop is a challenge pinned to a real place: a mural, a storefront, a lecture hall, a sponsor's booth. Give it a title, a prompt, a photo and a point value, and group them into an event.
Players answer with a photo, a video or a few words.
You decide what counts at each stop. A team selfie at the mural, a twenty-second clip at the stage door, the answer to a riddle, or a picture with the story behind it.
Walking Tour
A set path, stop to stop, with an optional line connecting them on the map. Made for history walks, art trails, campus tours and anything with a story to tell in order.
Scavenger Hunt
Every stop in play at once, in any order. Hunts show a search zone instead of the exact spot, so teams still have to look, and the fastest planners win.
List Only
No map needed. The challenge list is the whole game, so it works anywhere: across a city, around a campus, or through every floor of your office.
Play in any phone browser.
Players see the map and the challenge list, head out, and submit a photo, video or answer at each stop. They log in to submit, so points and prizes are saved to them.
During the game, nobody coasts.
Standings that move with every approval, prizes that unlock on the spot, and a direct line to every phone on the course.
Live leaderboard
Every approval moves the board, and ties go to whoever scored first. One big photo can flip first place.

Prizes unlock the moment a team earns them, with a scratch-off to reveal, and get redeemed in person at a real counter.

Message everyone, one group or a single player, and pin the one that matters so nobody misses it.

Submissions land in a review gallery as they come in. Approve or decline in bulk, mark a decline as incorrect or inappropriate, and change your mind later if a judge call was wrong. Review as you go, and results are ready minutes after the clock runs out.
What planning actually looks like.
A 30-person office hunt can come together in a few days. Bigger events with lots of partners just get more time to promote. The steps are the same either way.
-
Step 1
Pick the places
List the stops you want people to reach, and for bigger events, bring participating businesses or sponsors on board early so they can promote it too.
-
Step 2
Build and test
Write the challenges, set the points and schedule, and walk a few stops yourself in preview. Then send the link and Player Guide.
-
Game day
Kick off and review
Challenges unlock at the start time. One person reviews submissions from a laptop as they arrive, and can send announcements as the day unfolds.
-
That evening
Crown the winners
Late answers don't count, so once the last submissions are reviewed, the standings are final. Download the photos, hand out the prizes, and start planning the next one.
Do it yourself, or hand it to us.
Hands-on or hands-off, it's the same platform underneath, so you can start with our team and take the wheel later.
Build it yourself
Use our builder to create, launch and monitor your event yourself. Add your challenges, set your start and end times, share one link, and you're live.
Ready-to-Go
We adapt one of our starting formats (holiday office hunt, downtown shop-local, orientation week, art walk) to your place and your people.
The Roamli Touch

The questions decision‑makers ask.
Each one opens the page with the full answer.
Can your team build it for us?
Yes. We write the challenges, design the map, test it and stay on call through game day, so your team shows up and plays.
